On my visit I spoke to Jason Chau, who owns the restaurant with his wife, Vanessa Chau. Jason said the restaurant originally started with boba teas, but customers enjoyed their dumplings so much that the dumplings and food offered has become one of the main attractions to the restaurant. I can understand because the business is located on busy street of Sevier Avenue in South Knoxville. The area is known for its close proximity to the University of Tennessee campus and housing, not to mention several breweries on the street. It's been my experience that college students are always looking for places to eat.
Angry Dumplings Tea offers Chinese and Vietnamese influenced Teas, Boba Teas, Fruit Teas, Milk Teas, Milk Based Drinks, Soda Pops, Lemonades, Iced Coffees, Iced and Hot Teas. Dumplings, Angry Dumplings (Spicy Dumplings), Savory Buns, Dessert Buns, Noodle Dishes, Curry Dishes and More. Please ask for their latest menu as some menu items are seasonal,
